These shorts are super cute, and clearly very well made. The mesh is made of a sturdy thread so I am not afraid of the mesh exterior getting caught on something and ripping. I love how flowy the outer piece is while having the security of the lining beneath. They are pretty short, but exactly the length that I wanted. They are perfect for day to day wear or a workout of any intensity. I like how small and simple the logo is. The elastic at the waist is super thick and does not fold or roll over. There are so many details that I love about these shorts. My main complaint is that they are definitely snug. I am usually a small, so I ordered a small, and they are definitely snug. They are a little hard to get on and I wish that I had gotten a medium. They are still super cute, and perfect for a morning jog.

I’m so glad I listened to the other reviews and got a size up from my normal size. I usually wear mediums, and got this in a large. And it fits. I definitely say that you can size up two sizes even, to get a better fit. The waistband will pinch if you get it in your regular size. I have a little bit of chub and it’s rolling out just a little with this size up. The shape and fit however is super cute, I’m so glad I got it. But the sizing chart definitely needs work. These shorts came out of the package looking like an extra small, and I’m glad that I can fit it. They have the pockets that are cute with the mesh feature, overall I really love the style and the pleats but if you want to chance it, get a size and a half up or two sizes even to give yourself some wiggle room.
